Most Fun Concoction: The Ol’ Crown is a locally inspired play on a classic Old Fashioned using 287 Whiskey from Port Chester, N.Y., Dutch County Organic Bourbon Aged Maple Syrup, and hand squeezed orange juice.
Shaken and Stirred: Cocktails are designed to pair with Dish's seasonal menu according to Owner and Executive Chef Peter Milano. "The provenance of the drink ingredients is very important," he said. "We take the time to make sure that we source handcrafted spirits, hand squeeze our own juices, and are sure to test our product's quality on a regular basis."
